Sydney earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University and continued on to earn her masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
License:
Licensed Professional Counselor licensed by Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
Experience:
I started my career practicing and learning at Hope Behavioral Health in 2022 and continue practicing here. At Hope, I have served adults, families, and children with different needs. A commonality amongst most of my clients is trauma that has been experienced.
Personal statement:
I work in collaboration with my clients to provide competent counseling in a multidisciplinary fashion. I believe that every person has the ability to grow, change, and better themselves when they are working alongside someone that also believes in them. I feel that God has called me to help others and be that person for others that believes in them. I use evidence-based interventions as well as appropriate support and empathy to support and help my clients.
